How to become a customer?
To have access to our webshop, you have to create an online account. After you fill out the form on the website, we will manually validate your data. Within 48 hours you will receive our login code to order online. You can request an account here.

How to place an order?
Login in to your account. Choose the quantity of the item(s) you want to order, then click "Order now." The item(s) will come in your order list. You can add more items or you can click again “Order now” and you will get an overview of your shopping cart. Click “Details” to go further in the order process. Your order details will show. Fill in all fields correctly and click “Verify”. Do a latest check on your order details. When everything is correct click “Complete order”. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Do you have a minimum order amount?
Yes, we have a minimum order amount. There are different conditions for some countries. Check the General Delivery Conditions on our website. You can find the conditions here.

Are the prices shown in the webshop inclusive or exclusive VAT?
All prices are in Euros, excluding VAT.

Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?
We deliver worldwide. You can find an overview of the transport costs by country here.

What is the delivery time of an order?
Of course, this depends on the destination, but on average you can expect your order to leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

What kind of payment methods can I use?
We offer several safe and secure payment options.
Depending on your country, the available payment methods will automatically appear at checkout — so you can easily choose the option that suits you best.

Why has my payment been rejected?
Payment rejection can occur for several reasons. Here are some common ones to consider:
  • Insufficient Funds: The most straightforward reason is that there may not be enough funds in your bank account or on your card to complete the purchase.
  • Incorrect Payment Details: If there’s an error in entering your card number, expiration date, or CVV code, the payment may be rejected.
  • Bank Security Checks: Sometimes banks automatically block transactions they perceive as suspicious or out of character. You may need to contact your bank to approve the transaction.
  • Card Restrictions: Some cards have limitations on international purchases or online transactions. This can lead to a payment rejection if the store is based in a different country.
  • Expired Card: If your card has expired, the payment will not go through.
  • High Transaction Amount: Some banks may block transactions if the purchase amount exceeds a set limit.
You can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
  • Double-check your payment details.
  • Try a different payment method.
  • Contact your bank to make sure the payment isn't being blocked.
  • Contact us at info@dutchstyle.eu to check if we are experiencing payment gateway issues.
What to do when my payment is not successful?
You will automatically receive an e-mail (within 48 hours) from our back office with a payment link so you can still complete the payment of the order. Another option is to place the order again and try another payment method.

What to do with missing or damaged goods?
Report any damage or issues within 24 hours after delivery has been signed and received. Please send claims only by email and send a photo when reporting damage. You can send an email to info@dutchstyle.eu

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order after it has been processed, please contact us at info@dutchstyle.eu Please note: in case of cancellation, 10% of the total amount will be charged.

Can I return items?
As we only sell to business customers, the legal right of withdrawal (14-day return policy) does not apply. Returns are therefore only possible after prior approval and under the conditions stated in our General terms and conditions. Please contact us at info@dutchstyle.eu with your order number and details if you wish to request a return. Please note: return shipping costs are at your own expense, and in some cases a restocking fee may apply.

What are the payment terms?
Prepayment is required on all invoices.

Where can I view my order history?
You have to login to your account. In your account overview you can find your “Order History”. You will find an overview of your order numbers, the date and the order amount. When you click on an order you will find all the order details.

How can I replace an order?
Login to your account and go to “Order History”. Click on the order you want to re-order. You will find your order details and you can click on “Order Again” (if all items are available).

How can I track my order?
After you successfully place your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. When your order is on its way to you, you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace information so you can track your order.

What can I do if I have not received my order?
Please check the track & trace information of your order. Maybe there is a delay or another reason why your parcel is not delivered yet. Does the track & trace do not show any progress? Please contact our customer service via info@dutchstyle.eu

What if I forget my password?
No worries! When you forgot your password you can make a new one. Go to the login page on our website and click “Forgot password”. Fill in your email address and request a reset-code. Follow the further instructions. You can also request your new password here.

How to update my personal information?
Login to your account. Click “Customer details”. Here you can find all your personal information and you can change them. Done changing? Click “Save details”.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter or change my email preferences?
You can subscribe to our newsletter via the footer on our homepage. Do you want to change your email preferences? Login to your account and go to “Newsletter”. You can also click here to subscribe.

Where can I see your products in real life?
You can come visit our showroom in Noordwijkerhout, the Netherlands. Please make an appointment to visit our showroom. You can also find our products in Tica Aalsmeer and Tica Venlo (Trends & Trade), The Netherlands.

Where can you as a consumer buy Dutch Style products?
Dutch Style has a network of dealers and distributors in the Netherlands and a number of other European countries. You can check our store locator to find a shop in your area. You can find the store locator here.
